Our Independent Initiatives provide flexible support to initiatives that address urgent, emerging, or cross-cutting environmental and community needs in the Argosaronic Region. Through this fund, we enable timely action, experimentation, and solutions that respond directly to local contexts.

A long-term guardianship framework for the Ancient Olive Grove of Aegina, combining ecological research, legal tools, and community stewardship to strengthen climate resilience and landscape protection.

LaLeRi – La for olive oil, Le for lemon, Ri for oregano – brought together Poros, Troizinia and Methana in the first LALERI festival celebrating their shared land, traditions and flavours while also raising awareness in the pressing environmental challenges in the area.
