WE GROW TOGETHER
Our Grassroots Organisations for Wider Thriving (GR.O.W.TH) initiative is designed to empower local groups by building their capacity, confidence and long-term effectiveness.
Through tailored mentoring, practical training and peer networking, we support grassroots groups in refining their strategy, improving governance and communication, and scaling their environmental impact across the region.
CONSULTING
We provide structured support to help organisations:
- Align project ideas with our grantmaking priorities
- Develop clear and coherent proposals
- Strengthen impact measurement and communication
Our aim is to make the process transparent and constructive, while helping local changemakers build stronger, more resilient initiatives.

NETWORKING
NETWORKING
At AEF, we believe that strong networks create stronger impact. That’s why we’re building spaces for grassroots organizations across the Argosaronic region to meet, share, and grow together.
For small, local initiatives, networking isn’t just about visibility — it’s about learning from each other, finding common ground, building trust, and creating collaborations that last. Whether you’re working on climate action, social justice, or local culture, being connected can amplify your work and open up new opportunities.
We’re designing networking events shaped by your needs.
What kind of event would be most useful for you?
KNOWLEDGE
KNOWLEDGE
For grassroots organizations, continuous learning is key to creating long-term impact. That’s why AEF offers knowledge-sharing opportunities designed specifically for the needs of local initiatives in the Argosaronic region.
From understanding how to manage a community project, to learning about climate resilience or effective communication — building knowledge helps us face challenges with confidence, avoid burnout, and grow stronger together.
Our Knowledge events aim to be practical, relevant, and rooted in your realities.
Now, we want to hear from you:
What kind of knowledge event would you find most useful?
Are you a change-maker?
Do you want to support a place, a portfolio or a project?
