Our Grassroots Organisations for Wider Thriving (GR.O.W.TH) initiative is designed to empower local groups by building their capacity, confidence and long-term effectiveness.

Through tailored mentoring, practical training and peer networking, we support grassroots groups in refining their strategy, improving governance and communication, and scaling their environmental impact across the region.
